I was born in small town Timmins Ontario. We lived a ten minute walk from my best friends farm, a dairy farm.
I am a big fan of cheese.
I moved to Montreal Quebec on my own when I was 18. I didn't really have any experience cooking until I met an atheist punk cook who showed me tons of beautiful new spices and herbs.
Since he showed me, I`ve never stopped learning. I love trying new recipes (hence this website) I absolutely love baking..
My dream is to one day own a very small dinner..
