I work two jobs, remodeling a house mostly by myself. Grandmother of 4 beautiful children, 2 boys, 2 girls. The love's of my life! I love to bake but doctor says NO! The doc does say follow the diet! I love cooking for my family, when the grandkids come over or holidays when everyone is there. I guess my favorite would be more PA Dutch/German cooking. At holidays I get everyone in the kitchen and assign jobs. More fun than a barrel of monkeys. Making homemade honey wheat bread, old fashion potatoe biscuits,chicken and waffles, the best apple pie ever when I can get good apples from PA. When I first got married many moons ago, i made rice pudding for the first time to surprise my husband when he got home. it was so thick and hard you could cut it with a knife. I'll never live that down!
