Simple Sloppy Joes
I hated sloppy joes growing up, but these were really good! I did have to do a little bit of tweaking though, so I am only giving it 4 stars. I halved the recipe, so maybe that was the problem, but it seemed like they were a bit dry, so I added mustard and a little bit more of all the ingredients, besides meat and onions. I don't normally like my meat sweet, so I didn't use as much sugar at first, but I think by the time I was done messing with it, I was at the listed amount, if not a little more and it was perfect - not too sweet. We ate them on kaiser rolls with a slice of colby-jack cheese. For anyone who just isn't sure about sloppy joes, I would try this recipe and then just mess around with the ingredients until you get it right for your tastes! :)

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake
This was pretty good, but I had to make some changes to get it that way. Just following the recipe, the potatoes would have been dried out and not-so-good. I added an extra half can of soup, more sour cream, and to jazz it up, some bacon pieces. I really liked it, but my husband wasn't so fond of it. I'll try it again, hopefully he'll come around! :)

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce
This sauce is amazing! I normally hate spaghetti sauce, but my husband loves it. He begs me to make spaghetti all the time, so I finally gave in and started looking for a recipe I might actually like. This sauce was perfect. It was light and fresh, not that super-heavy thick stuff you find in a jar. I left out the sugar, used one 14 oz can stewed tomatoes, one 14 oz petite diced tomatoes and one 28 oz can crushed tomatoes, didn't blend it and simmered it for about 90 minutes. My husband can finally get his wish - I'll be making spaghetti on a regular basis! Thanks Kay! :)
