Marinated Turkey Breast
FINALLY a delicious marinade! I, however, didn't have turkey breast available and had to use split chicken breasts instead. And, the weather looked threatening, so into the oven it went as per someone's suggestion of 375 degrees. I baked until the internal read 175 degrees and broiled it until golden brown. I used the pan juices to make a gravy, which was equally as good. I can't wait to use it on chicken or turkey for the grill!

Chocolate Meringue Pie
I too doubled the recipe. It certainly filled the pie crust and the meringue turned out good. It also was a little runny, but sliced fine after refridgerating it for a while. It's a bit chocolatey rich, which is good if you like. I had yet to make a meringue pie and this was a simple to follow recipe.

Peanut Butter Crispies I
I was looking for a quick snack/dessert to take to a family gathering and this was great! It's a one pot-and-pour-in-the-pan dish that's quick and easy. My two brothers and a sister-in-law remember getting these at the grade school we went to!
