Quick, easy & inspiring. Based on personal tastes, I omitted carrots & added some sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, fresh basil (and as leftovers, some cooked chicken breast made from the "pretty chicken marinade" recipe). Used low fat ranch dressing and whole grain angel hair pasta for rave reviews with a fella that doesn't much care for pasta.

Still can't believe the result of vinegar & strawberries! I didn't tell my husband the ingredients because he doesn't care for balsamic... he loved it (over angels food cake) - next time definitely over vanilla ice cream.

This scored a '9.2' with my husband, and he's a tough sell!! I used blue crab back fin, a little dijon, old bay & garlic for seasoning. Mixed up the cheese a little; 3/4 swiss, 1/4 cheddar jack & monterey. I excluded the onions & tossed in a little spinach to get some color and it came out spectacular! We'll definitely make it again soon!
