Candied Chicken Breasts
Fabulous! I made this for dinner tonight. Basically I followed the recipe to a "T". We are only two folks so I scaled it down to 4 servings. I added a bit of seseme oil to the rice when I served it. I added frozen petite peas to the rice..it was wonderful!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
This is a good tasting quick sauce for anything you like to dip. Keeps well in the fridge too.
