I wouldn't change a thing with this recipe (however I did add some freshly chopped lavender leaves from my garden). This recipe is quick and easy, and the bars taste great!

Opposite to the previous review, I felt 3 cups of cheese would have made the soup too thick. It is a little bland, but I think it is because the potatoes didn't have enough flavor in them yet. It definitely needs more seasonings (salt, pepper, onion powder) and to sit for a bit so that the vegetables can absorb the flavor.
