I've been making a very similar version of this from a Taste of Home mag and it's always been incredible! Full of amazing flavors and makes excellent tacos. Will try with rice, cilantro, and lime. Sounds delish!

Caramel Bread Pudding

Very sweet, would cut down the sugar next time. Also made with Cinnamon coffee bread which didn't help the sweetness. But definitely would make again if we have an urge for bread pudding. First time making one. Easy.

Buttermilk Honey Bread

This was a good recipe, good flavor. However, I don't know that much about bread baking, there was no way I was going to get all 6 cups of flour into the dough. I only squeezed in 4 1/2. Still turned out fine after my many mistakes and is good. I don't think I found it as anything special myself.

Curried Chicken Rice Soup

Wow was this good! I love thick soups so this was a winner! I added extra rice and more than enough chicken and corn instead of celery because I don't like it. But it came out perfect! I love curry, and it was a great add in to this meal. It was wonderful, thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef

I thought this was pretty good, my boyfriend liked it more than I did. It is not exactly like barbecue beef, but it's close. It does have a nice presentation. Nicely done, but not quite worth 5 stars. Something seems to be missing.

Spinach and Feta Pita Bake

This is pretty good. I love the toppings with all fresh ingredients I don't have to feel too guilty eating it. The pita does come out a little soggy towards the center though. Perhaps I will make again with a reviewers suggestion of baking the pita a bit before hand. I also will try this on flat bread to see if that makes a difference. Overall very good!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Followed the recipe as it is. This was full of chocolate and very very good! Will keep and make again! I did add 1 C semi sweet and 1 C white chocolate chips because I ran out of the semi sweet, but of course it was still amazing! Chocolate lovers will love this cookie! Very soft and great warm.

Peanut Butter Brownies II

These were very good brownies. The cream cheese and peanut butter keeps it moist and the chocolate part is neither too dense nor cake like. They were pleasently delicious. It is more like Peanut butter cheesecake brownies.

Warm Apple Buttermilk Custard Pie

I'm not really one for making pie, but I had an overabundance of apples this fall and needed to do something with them! This pie was amazing! I took it to work and everyone loved it. Will pass it on for sure! (It is on the sweet side, watch out!)
