Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken
Not a favorite of anyone in my family. It does not look appealing which makes it a hard sell to kids.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef
This is better than you can imagine. Made for my Irish Father-in-law, he was hesitant at first but then couldn't stop eating it. A nice change to traditional corned beef. Leftovers tasted great on a sandwich.

Sweet Party Mix
This is so addicting. I always get asked for the recipe. I used chex or crispix with peanuts, raisins and M&M's. Better than any chex mix.
