I have a sweet tooth, so I love baking things like cookies and cakes. I also have a weakness for southern comfort foods like chicken fried steak and mac & cheese. Every Christmas, my sister and I bake up dozens of cookies and other treats to give to our relatives. We try to never make the same thing twice, but a couple of years ago fell in love with an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe made with peanut butter. So now we make them every year. I'm also in charge of making the pumpkin pies every year at Thanksgiving. After trying and combining several different recipes, I made a duplicate of The Olive Garden's alfredo sauce which I think might actually be BETTER than theirs!
