Pear Bread I
I made this for the kids at work - they loved it! I baked it in a Bundt pan and sprinkled powdered sugar on top. It was moist, although I omitted the pecans, but I will add them next time.

Waffle Iron Brownies
I like this recipe, but I think I cooked a little too long -- seemed dry or maybe that's a cake brownie. I used a Belgian waffle iron and got 4 waffles, then I cut into smaller portions. I will make these again, I like the ease of the recipe and that I usually have all the ingredients in the fridge/pantry.

Apple Kuchen
Good, but too sweet. I substituted the apples for fresh pears. I wish I had read the reviews before I baked the cake, it was hard to remove from the pan (I'm sure from pressing too hard in pan) and I would definitely cut back on the sugar!
