Kentucky Biscuits
Quickest biscuits I've ever made. Came out perfectly. Moist inside, nice crunch outside. I mixed together dry ingredients with a whisk, grated the stick of butter right into the bowl with the dry mixture, lightly coated the butter shreds with the flour mix and then added the buttermilk. Barely moistened, then patted into a rectangle by hand on parchment paper on the cookie sheet. Gave 12 perfect square biscuits--but I do miss the round shape. Next time I'll try rolling and cutting. Very good taste!
