Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
Made this for Father's Day. Was gone in a flash. All the review comments were very helpful. I used 5 sliced bananas. Dipping the banana slices in fresh lemon juice not only preserves the bananas nicely but also give this recipe a little zing. Loved it. Will make this again!

Swiss Cheese Lasagna

Fantastic recipe! I added roasted eggplant and subtituted jarred sauce for the water. The rosemary adds a wonderful flavor to this hearty dish!

Easy Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
Love this recipe! Made it for Christmas dinner and I had NO leftovers! Also my Mother and Mother in Law both asked for the recipe! This is a keeper! Next time I will omit the vanilla though as I think it put the sweetness of the dish over the edge for our family!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
WOW! Made this recipe for Christmas with 16 guests including my Mother and Mother in Law! I think they both thought I was crazy to attempt a turkey in the slow cooker! However, it turned out wonderful! Both of them asked for the recipe! Made my Christmas dinner a breeze to cook! Make sure you add the butter, celery, onions, sage and chicken broth. This is a keeper!!!!!

Strawberry and Feta Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
I made this salad for a Christmas luncheon at our art museum. Was a huge hit! I had people wanting seconds. I suggest serving this salad to any large group of people as it was very easy and a good compliment dish to an entree. I substituted the almonds for mandarin oranges (to give the salad more color) and the vegetable oil for extra virgin olive oil.
