I would classify this as a dip recipe rather than a sauce b/c the consistency was more dip like. Excellent though. Served with tortilla chips and also as a dip for jalapeno poppers.

Super easy which is great. Ingredients that I changed: cheese soup rather than cream of chicken, added taco seasoning and enchilada sauce to soup mix. When preparing, I shredded chicken rather than cubing. And in addition to putting soup mix on top, I poured on some more enchilada sauce. Very good.

This was pretty good as a side dish. Like the reviews say, you don't need all that cheese. I ended up turning it into a casserole. I prepared the veggies as stated, but added taco seasoning instead of other spices. And rather than just straight cheese, I made a cheese sauce w/ Wonda Flour and threw some breadcrumbs on top.
