Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
This is basically cream cheese frosting mixed with sweet potatoes... it was REALLY rich. Too rich for my family. It tastes more like a pie than a dinner side. And the taste is ok, but it's not that great. It masks the taste of the sweet potato, which is unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I've made this three times and it turns out perfectly every time! So little effort for such a great turn-out. I actually used bacon bits instead of ham (used same amount, but could probably use less) and also added about a cup of broccoli florets. Delicious!!

Tea Biscuits
Really good. Perfect companion for soup on a cold winter day. Yum.
