Peanut Butter Cupcakes
This recipe was perfect. I did make a couple of changes but it had nothing to do with the recipe itself. I am always changing things to make it healthy for my family. My flour is 1/2 wheat and 1/2 flax. I ran out of eggs but I used apple sauce in exchange. I do not use shortning, so I used olive oil instead. The brown sugar, I cut this in 1/2. I do not like to feed my children alot of concentrated sugars. These muffins came out perfect!!!
