Roast Pork with Onion Stuffing
It was tender but salty. Next time I will cut back on the salt as others have suggested and maybe use medium sized onions.

Main Dish Macaroni Salad
I left out the tomatoes and parsley. Still tasty. Next time I will add the dill weed as someone else suggested.
