My favorite things to cook
Some of my favorites to cook are desserts-brownies, cakes, muffins-you name it. As far as food that's "good" for you-I like to use mainly organic ingredients and try to use grain fed meats whenever possible. It truly makes a difference in taste!

Quick Tuna Salad
The addition of pickle relish really made this tuna salad better than the norm. I love the tangy flavor the relish adds. I almost ate the whole can with crackers with my 3 yr old who also loves this recipe.

Breaded Ranch Chicken
This recipe was a nice change from regular old baked chicken. It was very flavorful but I will cut the amount of parm cheese in half next time.
