Baked Chicken with Peaches
Very creative way to use peaches when they are in season. My husband and I usually go for more savory dishes but this was a welcome change for our palate. The chicken was incredibly moist and the peaches added a great texture to the dish. I follow the other reviewer's suggestions by using less sugar. Great late summer meal with brown rice and veggies.

Ground Beef Zucchini Skillet
My husband and I loved this recipe! It is a great way to use up fresh veggies in your fridge that are on the verge of going bad. My family raises Black Angus and I am always on the look out for a new way to cook ground beef. I agree with the other reviewers about adding more spices to the mix to boost the flavor. I recommend 1/2 tsp of Cumin to give it a savory, smokey flavor. Also, instead of using canned corn, I used 2 cups of frozen corn to cut down on the sodium in the dish. Also, I used 1/2 a fresh onion and 2 cloves of garlic, chopped.
