Unbelievable Chicken
Just me
About this Cook
I'm 29 years old (for a few more months!) and I live with my husband, our daughter, our moms, and our plethora of crazy animals. (4 cats, 2 dogs, fifty million fish) I've always loved cooking, and I love that allrecipes is such a great source of inspiration! In my spare time, I love to watch TV, take our dogs for walkies, and role-play online with friends.
My favorite things to cook
Probably desserts. I can't help it. I adore sugar and vanilla and butter.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas and Thanksgiving Dinner. I make the bird every year, and my mom, who hates turkey, LOVES mine!
My cooking triumphs
Chicken Tetrazzini, from here! It was gorgeous and tasty! Also, my turkey is really good, too. =)
My cooking tragedies
I tried a peanut butter cookie from Epicurious. I was expecting soft and chewy and delicious, not crumbly like shortbread :\

Unbelievable Chicken
I think the 'secret' to this recipe is to use the freshest ingredients available. Don't make the mistake of using bottled lemon and lime juice! With that said, I doubled the marinade, let teh chicken sit in the marinade overnight in the fridge, then basted it over the chicken as it cooked. Next time I'll try tripling the recipe so I can make a dipping sauce out of some of it. Definitely give this a try - the chicken is very juicy, tender, and flavorful.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
This is the first chicken tetrazzini recipe I've ever tried, and that said, easily the tastiest. It truly was yummy and very easy to prepare. It's definitely on my list to prepare again!
