These are delicious and very simple to make. I had to keep the over at a lower temperature in order to not burn them. I drizzled melted white chocolate chips and premium dark chocolate and this makes them look and taste delicious. They would not be half as good if the drizzled chocolate was omitted.
I make a batch and put in a glass cookie jar and give it as a gift for mother's day, birthdays, as a host gift or just to cheer someone up. Yum!
