I am either an Evil Genius or a Mad Scientist, depending on which friend or family member you speak with. I love to cook with beef, poultry, pork, and most of all with game. Unfortunately I never got to learn my family traditions, due to the fact that both my grandmothers passed away when I was very young. And neither of my parents had much to teach me.
