My favorite thing is to watch the expressions on peoples faces when they put that first bite in their mouth and you know their mouth is going WOW. I love to cook appetizers, stuffed mushrooms or steak on a stick. Oyser Stuffing and our Macaroni and Cheese is just the best. The family says it my French Onion Soup and my Seafood Salad the second deep fried turkey, the first one I did was wonderful,fried it for 45 minutes and it was done perfectly. The second time one of my relatives kept saying it can't be done yet and everytime I would try to take it out they would say it can't be done yet. We cooked it for 1 hour and a half. We couldn't even eat it, hard as a rock. Don't ever listen to your relatives.
