My cooking tragedies
the second deep fried turkey, the first one I did was wonderful,fried it for 45 minutes and it was done perfectly. The second time one of my relatives kept saying it can't be done yet and everytime I would try to take it out they would say it can't be done yet. We cooked it for 1 hour and a half. We couldn't even eat it, hard as a rock. Don't ever listen to your relatives.
