Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
Great recipe!!! Instead of pork chops I cut a roast up into 1 inch thick pieces and stuffed it. I doubled the broth as well then broiled them for 5 minutes because the stuffing looked a little soggy and I wanted to make it crispy on the outside. Turned out amazing and very tender. I will make this one again and again.

Turkey Pot Pie

I was EXTREMELY unhappy with this recipe. Not because of the taste because although a little bland the filling tasted fine and would have probably gotten a 4 star rating on its own, however this made so much filling I didn't have enough pie crusts so I put it in the fridge for a day and a half and when I took it out to use it, it had a gross sour taste to it like it had gone bad. I wanted to make a bunch of pies and freeze them but instead ALL of it was wasted and I was so disappointed. I won't make it again if it goes bad that quickly.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2009
I loved this recipe as it was but it is even better with a few changes. First of all I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes to make it a little saucier and less thick. Then I mixed the ricotta with a container of cottage cheese. I added sauted mushrooms, and red and green peppers. I topped off with sausage meatballs just for fun and it was the best lasagna I have ever had. This recipe is really really awesome thanks!!!

Toasted Garlic Bread

Awesome garlic bread. I added some parmesan crumble to it but either way it is an excellent recipe and very easy. Thanks!

Oreo™ Cookie Cake

My grandma has been making this for years and I love it. However my grandma does it a little different. She mixes everything together instead of layering it and it really tastes great that way too. I would definitely use this recipe again.

Anniversary Chicken I

This was really really good. My very picky boyfriend even complimented it. One thing I tried different is I used creamy garlic dressing instead of ranch, and I added mushrooms and onions which gave it a nice flavor. I would leave out the bacon next time however it just seemed like a waste with all the other flavors going on. Great recipe!!! Thanks!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
This was really good for a base recipe. I will share what worked for me. I added half a pound of ground sausage, an extra cup of rice, and some chili sauce to the filling. For the sauce I used a can of diced tomatoes, a can of tomato sauce, and a can of tomato soup. I baked them in the oven at 425 degrees for one hour and they were amazing. I like the filling to be very moist as well the cabbage needs to be good and soft and this way I accomplished both. Thanks for the recipe!
