Sangria! Sangria!

Delicious! After the first batch finished people asked for more. It is a quick fix and very tasty. I substituted Lemon/Lime soda for the carbonated water and it was great if you like a sweet drink.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This is a very good dip. I would even leave out the artichoke next time because you can barely taste them. My only tip is to chop/process the spinach as finely as possible so that the dip isn't so stringy.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These were very popular when I made them for a dinner party. They are like delicious little fat balls, definitely not figure friendly, however they are so rich...that one of two will suffice. This recipe definitely makes enough for double the mushrooms.

Red Velvet Cake I

This cake comes out delicious and moist. I'm not sure why you have to mix all the ingredients seperately, but I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out excellent. Paired with a Cream Cheese Frosting and decorated to look like a Coffin, this cake was all the rave at my companies Halloween party.

Mushroom Risotto

This is an awesome recipe. It very easy and mine turned out delicious. I ended up using only 3 cups of stock because I covered the pan to help it cook faster. Mine came out creamy but not mushy! I will make this recipe again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

They are not your traditional chocolate chip cookies. Mine came out glossy and had more of a brownie type texture than a cookie one. They are chewy though, so the description doesn't lie.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

The blend of spices is awesome, the chicken came out delicious and flavorful! My husband loved it. My only complaint is that if you follow the directions exactly, you will burn the cream instantly. My suggestion is to lower the heat once the chicken is removed and deglaze the pan slowly.

Lemon Parsley Potatoes

These potatoes are okay....that's all I can really say about the taste. They are quick, easy and a simple side dish. I will probably use these ingredients and sautee them next time. The boiling makes them get mushy.

Easy Paella

Excellent. I had the in-laws over and served them this dish. It seemed that even the very picky eaters liked it. Prepare to feed and army or have leftovers for days with this recipe though.

Mom's Coleslaw

This is a great recipe. So easy and taste like there are more ingredients. I don't like my cabbage dripping so I halved the dressing and it came out perfect.
