We've moved around the country quite a bit with my husband's job so I've lived in 6 states from Pennsylvania to California. I have 4 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog & 1 husband since right out of high school. I love to experiment with recipes and cuisines! I think of my grandma most frequently when I'm cooking. She made even the most boring things look special just by arrangement and easy garnishes. I made chicken & mushroom crepes from scratch as a newlywed when I was 18. I used to say I knew when the garlic bread was done in the broiler when the smoke alarm went off! I've gotten better with that.
