Great recipe! All the other reviews were right on the money. I made a few changes - used 2 avocadoes, left out the olive oil (couldn't make myself add oil to avocadoes!), used garlic powder, used cilantro instead of the parsley/oregano and lime juice (1 lime) instead of vinegar. This is a very strong, very heavy dip, high fat (good fat) dip. Easy to overdo - pace yourself! Took it to work and got several requests for the recipe.

Thank you for posting this recipe! I have had it in the past, but did not know how to make it. It is the most perfect cranberry relish, sweet/tart and crunchy with a kick!
