Blueberry Pancakes

Great Blueberry taste. Very moist almost like a Crepe just the way I like my pancakes. I followed recipe as is only difference I made was using vinilla yogurt instead of plain. Will make these again for sunday brunch! Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

I rate this a 3 1/2...I really like the cooking technique the slow cooker made the meat very moist & tender. But the sauce wasn't that great this taste so much better when you use BBQ sauce.

Good recipe simple directions to follow. My only advice is to incorporate a sauce otherwise its a little on the dry side.

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

Delish. I made a few alterations, I used a Mushroom based spaghetti sauce instead of the can of tomato sauce and added some crushed red pepper flakes. I cut my boil time & cook time in half the end result was a firmer green pepper which I prefer. I recommend trying this recipe.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Yummy recipe we just had these again. It makes a great side dish but because this is sooo rich you cant eat a lot of it. I cut my recipe in half when its only my husband and myself eating them that way none goes to waste.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I made these for my daughters preschool's Valentines party..I was very pleased with the way they turned out, tasted great. With my first batch I didn't realize the cookies would "puff" out and some of my heart shapes baked together..so I rolled the remainder of my dough thinner and it eliminated the problem..I will make this again when Christmas cookie season comes around.

Quick Quiche

Thanks for such an easy and delicious recipe! The cheese and bacon on the bottom acted as a crust, which was nice since I was a little afraid this would just fall apart with out using the traditional pie crust. I served this for brunch with a fruit salad, my family ate it up!

Orange Honey Garlic Chicken

Not out of this world good, but still pretty tasty. I really liked the garlic, however I dont think this tasted much of orange or honey! Next time I will use orange concentrate to kick up the flavor..I will play around with the ingredients a little next time and we'll see.

Chocolate Chip Crispy Cookies

A little dry, and crumbly. Its still pretty good especially with a glass of milk. But I dont think it needs the cereal or at least not as much as this recipe calls for.
