Portuguese Pork with Red Peppers
This dish really surprised me. I didn't think something so simple could be so good! My husband usually does not like pork, but he loved this! He said it tasted like steak. Followed the recipe exactly.

Super Easy Spinach and Red Pepper Salad
This salad is greater than the sum of its parts. The flavors go together perfectly- this is one of my new favorite side dishes!

Kheer (Rice Pudding)
Outstanding! I think next time, I will add a little more rose water, as the rice pudding I get at Indian restaurants usually has a stronger rose flavor.
