I'm a mom of one with one on the way. I spend most of my time chasing after my toddler and trying to keep up with the cleaning. I love to read and try to read a little each day to keep my sanity. Pasta. Anything with pasta. I love the smell of onions and mushrooms cooking in olive oil and I love tomatoes. My husband doesn't like tomatoes that aren't cooked so I use a lot of stewed tomatoes instead of fresh. Any time that leftovers aren't pushed to the back of the fridge and forgotten.
