Buttermilk Syrup
This stuff is fantastic. Huge hit with the family. Hubby hates syrup, but had 2 helpings of this. I used evaporated milk, as it was all I had. I also added 1 tsp.cinnamon. Definitely a keeper!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
THANKS A MILLION! This is fantastic. If you are looking for a good gift idea, look no further. I doubled the recipe because I had a 29 ounce can of pumpkin, but other than that, I followed it to a T. It made 16 mini loaves(1 3/4 cup capacity). The loaves freeze well too, so you can get your baking done ahead of time. I will not share this recipe with anyone-it's mine now!
