Banana Banana Bread
Not that this recipe needs another review, but here is my 2 cents. I added a heaping teaspoon of lemon zest. My grandma's recipe calls for it, but the bread is too dry in my opinion. This bread is moist and dense. Makes great loaves, mini loaves or muffins. And the lemon zest gives it just that something extra that puts it over the edge.

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet
I didn't have any lemon pepper, so I let it out. Husband and kids loved it! I will try subbing part of the butter for olive oil next time for the sake of dh's cholesterol.

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
Yum! So much better than that bright red stuff we get at the Chinese restaurant - and so EASY. I will never but s&s souce again. I did as another reviewer suggested, use brown sugar, more ketchup, and pineapple juice. I also added the cornstarch (with water) after the mixture came to a boil.
