Banana Banana Bread
Not that this recipe needs another review, but here is my 2 cents. I added a heaping teaspoon of lemon zest. My grandma's recipe calls for it, but the bread is too dry in my opinion. This bread is moist and dense. Makes great loaves, mini loaves or muffins. And the lemon zest gives it just that something extra that puts it over the edge.
