I didn't make the cake, but I made the frosting and it was fantastic. It had a great flavor and texture. I microwaved the white chocolate and it turned out great.

Fantastic recipe!!! I made this exactly as written and it was perfect. Very moist and dense with great flavor. It tasted like a bakery cake and was really easy. It is great for tiered cakes it held up well as a bottom layer of a 2 tiered cake. I used white chocolate frosting and filled with raspberry jam, it was wonderful!

This was my first time ever making fondant and it turned out perfect. I did use liquid food coloring and found that the fondant did get a little sticky. I just added a little powdered sugar and it turned out great!
