To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
my bro is a huge alfredo fan and he said it was better than olive garden!!! :) honestly, it really is THAT good! just be prepared to diet majorly afterwards!! :)

Puff Pastry Salmon
love love love love this recipe!!! :) have made it numerous times and it's always great. looks dif but can be made quick. hubby even likes it without pesto sauce. just make sure spinach is dry b/f putting in pastry. makes for an impressive meal! :)

Asparagus Chicken Fajitas
hubby liked it but I thought it had a little too much of an italian dressing taste. kind of over powered the asparagus.
