Crispy Chicken Strips
These were a huge hit. I don't have any potatoe flakes so i use ripple chips and just crushed them. I love them, their easy and they made it into my rotation.

Mexican Casserole
I love this one and so does my boyfriend and he is one picky eater. The only changes I made was because I like spice I added a whole package of taco seasoning and a little frank's hot sauce. As for the baking I found it too dry to bake for 10 minutes and then put it in longer to melt the cheese on top. So the second time I cut the bake time down less then half the time just so the cheese was melted! Yum
