I grew up in a family where no one liked to cook. Now that I'm living with my boyfriend who loves to cook, he's inspired me to learn more about it. I'm finding that I'm not as bad a cook as I once thought! I love Mexican food, and have done fairly well it. Pasta is also pretty easy for me. I've started to move on to a little more difficult recipes. A meatloaf that I made combining several different recipes. It turned out wonderful! Where to start? Some very, very dry pork chops with absolutely no flavor has been my most recent tragedy. They were barely edible.
