Only 4 stars because I halved the cream cheese but oh my goodness this was good. I had to add extra sugar for a thicker consistency but I just chalked that up to the omitted cream cheese. Will make again and again! My family loved it as well.

I have made this twice; once for just to dip. I kept it warm by inverting a small bowl and placing the bowl of caramel on top of it inside my slow cooker set on low. Everyone loved it! This time I made it for caramel apples and it's setting up just fine in the fridge on the apples. Fantastic recipe-Thanks for Sharing it!

Very good! I used a tblsp of minced garlic and half the butter. I also cooked some broccoli with the noodles and tossed it all together at the end. Sprinkled with some parm cheese and it was great.
