About this Cook
I'm 22, aspiring college student, bright eyed, big unrealistic ideas, athletic, hard working, and of course, loves to eat.
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook tilapia, chicken, ribs, steaks, and pork chops. Asian background, so many things want mom to teach me like egg rolls and lo mein.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Just parties with friends and Thanksgiving and Christmas were we just have big buffet feasts and I never eat as much as I wish I would have.
My cooking triumphs
So many great recipes on this site that I look like an expert in the kitchen. I like my fruit shakes, honey tilapia, maple salmon, bacon chicken, and juicy ribs.
My cooking tragedies
I can't cook bacon without burning it. One seconds its fatty, next second its burnt. I know lower temperatures, but dang. Also have no idea how to make on omelet. Everyone in my family knows including my dad who never cooks, whats wrong with me? My tradegy is that because I know how to cook, I'm expected to cook.

Crispy Fish Fillets
Love the idea of using potato flakes for breading. Quick and easy, tasty spin on flounder.

Bacon Chicken II
A very simple chicken recipe that makes you look like a 5-star cook. I followed the tempreture and time directions, but chicken in baking dish, added a coat of honey teriyaki sauce, placed bacon straight out of package on top of chicken, added second coat of sauce, put in oven, set it and forget it. Came out great tasting, juicy tender chicken. Excellent dish!
