I like baking and making bread at present. I really like European desserts , especially traditional Christmas deserts I don't like to brag, but most things I make turn out well I made a version of Buche de Noel before Christmas, but used a Victoria Sandwich recipe instead of spongecake. It broke up when I rolled it, but I sort of rounded it off with chocolate butter icing and it was delicious.
