Best Beef Stroganoff
The suggested THREE tablespoons of lemon juice spoiled it. I should have followed my instincts and the comments of some reviewers.

Minestrone Soup II
Please be aware: to make this soup properly it is a lot of work!Also, being from Europe I cant believe Italians use bacon. I used a inner HAM bone for stock, and then added the can of Beef stock. It is delicious, but I suggest somewhat more italian herbs, because it was kind of flat. Instead of stewed tomatoes, consider fresh on the vine tomatoes. If you use fresh, add some sugar. Make sure you buy fresh parmesan cheese, not the prefab stuff. It makes a huge different.

Easy Paella
It is an awesome dish. I 'fished' it up a little by adding some sardines! It is also nice to sautee the shrimps in some olive oil with garlic. The italian parsely is essential, so it the lemon zest. The red bell pepper should still be crispy. Some black olives compliment it all, make it real spanish. The name Easy Paella is not completely true, it takes some work to put it together, but is it worth it. Put some italian parsely, shrimps, lemon slices and olives on top, to make it look real good!
