Man Pleasin' Jambalaya
This was my first attempt at jambalaya and it was a hit! I converted the recipe to 3 servings and added 1.5 cups of chix broth and .5 cup water and 2 cups of rice. Yummy!

Best Ever Butter Cream Frosting
This was ok frosting. A little buttery, but other than that pretty good. You do have to whip it for at least 15 mins and it really helps to beat the egg white first. I will probably make this frosting again.
