great cake lovely and light - i made hal the volume, exactly by the recipe, it doesn't need changing - except i put in a teaspoon of ginger, as i like spice but i doubt it needed it

Penne Russo a la Vodka

Came out beautifully, nice big muffins, i got 12 from this recipe. I only changed a couple of things, i added a dash of vanilla essence, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the muffin mixture and used 3/4 cup soft demarera sugar instead of the white sugar. They came out a lovely golden colour. The crumble on top was lovely, sweet and crunchy. I have fan oven so baked them at 180 deg. for 18 minutes, which was perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

Indian Chapati Bread

This bread is fantastic (as long as you don't put too much oil in the pan!) It is so quick and is fantastic to serve along with a curry! i did add some cardomom seeds and a dash of cumin to the mixture for extra flavour, which was lovely!

Ham N Cheese Quiches

Really lovely, cute party piece. I found the egg mixture needed a bit more flavouring so added aromat seasoning (which is garlic , onion salt mainly). Turned out lovely!

Cranberry Sauce

Gorgeous cranberry sauce! SO good we were eating it for days after xmas! I added a sprinkle of mixed spice, and added a dash of grand marnier, the flavour was amazing!

Lemon Chicken III

Love this recipe, has rave reviews. Made it first for all my new uni friends and everyone asked me to make it again. I did make a lomon sauce to serve over the top (the thick lemony sauce often served in chinese restaurants) by boiling up lemon juice, left over lemon peel, and sugar to taste (white or brown is fine). It doe stake about a cup of sugar though!
