Sweet and Sour Chicken I
Added carrot,pepper and onion to the sauce while it was cooking so I had some veg in the meal, but otherwise cooked as per the recipe, and it was better than my fave chinese, loved it!

Carrot Cake III
great cake lovely and light - i made hal the volume, exactly by the recipe, it doesn't need changing - except i put in a teaspoon of ginger, as i like spice but i doubt it needed it

Penne Russo a la Vodka
Needed a bit more seasoning, salt + pepper did the job though. The basil was lovely though!
