One of the first times I tried making cookies, I made these chocolate cookies that tasted great. But they were hard as rocks nd felt like cardboard.

Carrot Cake III
Very delicious cake, and very easy to make. The only thing I changed was the eggs. My boyfriend is very allergic and since I wanted him to be able to eat some, I substituted 4 ripe bananas.
