Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup
Very tasty soup. Followed the recipe with only 1 change, added add'l 2 cups of broth so it wouldnt be so thick.. I'll be making this again soon. Thanks for the recipe.

Asparagus Chicken Crepes
The first time I made this, I made a double batch of the filling, and froze1/2 of it. Now I've cooked my second batch(freezes great!). This recipe is great. I followed it exactly and was very happy with the results. Very good combination of flavors. It is a little time consuming to make the crepes, but well worth the effort. Highly recommend...

Spanish Rice II
I thought this was great. Much better than the old recipe I'd been using. Glad I went looking for a new one. I did follow the suggestions of others and added some garlic and used chicken broth instead of the water. This one's definitely a keeper!
