I am happily married to my husband who is in the Navy. We just bought our first house, and have two spoiled german shep/lab mix puppies :) I like to bake cakes,Rachael Ray Recipes,also a big fan of Casseroles & Crock Pot Cooking. My family cooking traditions, hmmmm I guess it would just be to sit around the table and eat dinner. I try and do that with the husband, plus it keeps the dogs away! :) When I made my first fondant cake, it wasnt that hard, just have to have a lot of time! I tried to make some Karioka (filipino chewy balls) and lets just say, that was a NO! But I will succeed, cause I LOVE those things, and I cant find them anywhere where I live :) Also learning to find ingredients that I need for a recipe in Japanese grocery stores!
