Chicken Florentine Casserole
This was soooo good! I sauteed the mushrooms and spinach with garlic powder and salt and pepper and a splash of white wine before putting in the baking dish, and i also added a splash of white wine to the sauce and used real bacon for the bacon bits. I cooked everything in the same pan inviting all the ingredients to the flavor party! I also cooked the chicken almost all the way in a little of the bacon fat in the saute pan and with grill seasoning and made sure both sides were very brown for extra flavor.

Morning Glory Muffins I
These were soooo delicious! I made them as is, only adding some crushed pineapple and subbing dried cranberries for the raisins and subbing pecans for the walnuts! All the textures are great, and this recipe made two dozen for me. I will definitely be making these again!

Spiced Applesauce Bread
This was so delicious! I made a few changes though: I peeled and chopped one medium apple and added it, I used half white sugar, half brown, half white flour, half wheat, doubled the spices, and before baking i sprinkled with brown sugar on top with dots of butter. It's wonderful! I think i may end up making another loaf today!
