Herman Reunion Cheese Ball
This is absolutely the best cheeseball I have ever had! I have experimented with many different cheeseball recipes over the years. After I made this, one of my friends asked "How did you finally get it right?" I toast pecans to roll it in and omit the parsley. Just an excellent recipe. Thanks for posting!

Zesty White Wine Green Beans
This was very good. I used a frozen vegetable mix that included green beans, sugar snap peas, broccoli, yellow squash and water chestnuts. I used a semi dry peach chardonnay for the wine. When the vegetables were cooked as much as I wanted, I removed them with a slotted spoon, poured the remaining liquid into a smaller saucepan, and cooked it until it reduced. Then I poured the sauce over the veggies. A healthy, tasty way to enjoy vegetables.

Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting
An excellent alternative to powdered sugar based cream cheese frosting. As other reviewers have suggested, I increased the brown sugar and honey and omitted the almond extract. I used this to frost Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls, also from this site.
