Homemade Flour Tortillas
These do taste better than store bought, but I have better recipes. I wanted to try this because it had less fat, and no resting required. Turns out that's what's needed to make good tortillas. This recipe needs the lard doubled and the dough needs to rest for at least 20-30 min.
