Rum or Bourbon Balls
My first batch I used milk chocolate chips and captain morgans silver rum. They were great and everyone loved them. The next batch I used semi-sweet with some cheap rum and they were terrible.

Spicy Lime-Cilantro Marinated Flank Steak
The marinade was awesome! I'm curious though why it specified Flank Steak. There was a lot left over and i'm thinking of cutting up tomatoes and turning it into a salsa.

Mint Pesto Pasta
This was really good! It didn't note the size of tomatoes though. I only needed 3 large tomatoes.
